On many occasions, Sal Fichera has been recognized in the media as an authority on many health, nutrition and fitness-related topics. Media professionals often call upon Fichera for his expertise—making him an in-demand writer, interview resource, consumer advocate and commentator. He is the author of Stop Aging - Start Training (by Basic Health Publications, Inc.) and is a column writer for the health magazine, Healthwise. Also, he is included on the Editorial Board of Advisors for Looking After Your Body—a book by Reader’s Digest.
